Q. How much is a Certified Nanny?
A. The average starting salary for a Certified Nanny is $15/hr. and the average starting salary for a Certified Newborn Care Specialist is $20/hour.
Q. What is included in the Nanny’s training?
A. CNoA Nanny training includes but is not limited to-Erickson’s Stages of Development, The importance of Art and Literacy in a child’s life, Child social and communication skills, Fine motor skills, Newborn Care, Swaddling a baby, Newborn safety, the 5 S’s and more!!!
Q. What if I am not happy with the Certified Nanny’s performance?
A. CNoA will offer a free replacement within the first 30 days, for contracts over 6months. This gives the client plenty of time to decide whether the Certified Nanny is a good fit our not.
Q. Who do I give the Certified Nannies paycheck to, each week/bi-week?
A. Once the Certified Nanny has accepted the position and the placement fee has been paid, you will pay the Certified Nanny directly. It is up to you whether you want to pay them on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
