Because of this, we require every candidate to undergo an extensive background check. This helps us to ensure that the information contained in an applicant’s paperwork is accurate. Our 20-step evaluation and screening process covers a broad spectrum of subject matter to give you the peace of mind you need, to help with the decision of which Certified Nanny to hire.

Will you help me through the scheduling and interviewing process?

Do you help with job offers and employment agreements?
Yes we do. After you have chosen which Certified Nanny you’d like to hire, you will talk to your assigned CNoA agent about extending the job offer to the candidate. During this time you will also discuss the CNs salary and the nanny’s responsibilities (if required). Your CNoA agent will then put together a “Nanny/Employee Agreement” for you and your CN.
